Valentino Gluten Free Panettone

Valentino's gluten free Panettone is made from a traditional Italian recipe. This sweet bread has a texture similar to brioche and is usually enjoyed at Christmas time. Warm gently to soften before serving with a dusting of icing sugar.

Ingredients: Corn Starch, BUTTER, Raisins, Candied Orange Peels (Orange Peels in Cubes, Sugars (Glucose, Sugar), Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid), Sugars, EGG Yolk, EGGS, Water, YEAST, Emulsifier: Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Fibres (Psyllium and Inulin), Thickener: Guar, Hyroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, Fructose, Flavours, Salt, Preservative: Sorbic Acid, Corn Malt Extract.
