10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes

30ml MONIN Blue Curaçao syrup
30ml Le Fruit de MONIN Coconut
10ml Lime Rantcho MONIN
40ml White rum
100ml pineapple juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a Hurricane glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with pineapple leaves and a cherry.
