Garofalo Gluten Free Pasta is made with a combination of corn flour, rice and quinoa, and is formulated specifically for coeliacs and the gluten intolerant. Garofalo offers the flavour of a genuine Pasta that is bronze drawn to obtain a rough surface that sauces adhere very well to.
