This ridged pasta is one of the most versatile types in Italian cooking, loved by adults and kids alike, and here available in De Cecco’s exclusive Gluten-Free version: a specially selected mixture of wholegrain rice, wholegrain corn, sorghum and teff – all ingredients that are naturally gluten-free and strong sources of fibre.
Try out different recipes from Mediterranean cuisine, from a simple fresh tomato and basil dressing or the traditional spicy ‘arrabbiata’ sauce, to more complex and creative sauces, while perfectly maintaining its firmness during cooking.
