Aviko Potato Gratin

Aviko Premium Gratin 40% Cream & Cheese are chilled potato slices mixed with a creamy sauce. The gratin is made with potato slices and a rich sauce of cream, cheese, garlic, and assorted spices. The gratin only requires heating up in an oven or combi steamer and as such are quick to serve – saving much time in the kitchen. The potato slices have been pasteurised for a longer shelf life. This gratin goes well with a fresh salad or as a side to classic meat or fish dishes. Customise the gratin by adding bacon or freshly cut chives.

Ingredients: Potatoes, cream 45%, Emmental cheese 7%, salt, stabiliser (E461), natural garlic flavouring, spices.

Preparation: Oven: 220 °C, 20-25 minutes
