Ingredients: Potatoes 83%, water, palm oil, whey powder, milk powder, lactose, milk protein, butter oil, natural flavouring, salt, dextrose, cream powder, onion, white pepper.

Preparation: Microwave: Heat 150g of frozen mashed potato for 1.5 mins at 850W in a microwave suitable dish with cover. Stir and heat for another 1.5 mins. Stir well and serve. On the hob: Heat the frozen mashed potato in a pan at medium heat. Stir now and then and serve when piping hot throughout. In the oven: Preheat oven at 200°C. Heat the frozen mashed potato for 40 minutes, stirring well halfway through. When finished, stir well, and serve.
