Ingredients: Lamb shank (84%), Red Wine and Rosemary Gravy (16%) [Water, Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Cornflour, Red Wine, Tomato Puree, Lamb Stock (Lamb Stock (Lamb Bones, Lamb Meat, Lamb Fat), Carrot Juice, Salt, Dried Onion, Antioxidant (Rosemary Extract)), Salt, Garlic Puree, Rosemary, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Thyme, Ground Black Pepper].
Preparation: Defrost Instructions: Defrost in a refrigerator overnight and keep refrigerated until use. Use within 3 days of defrost. Once opened, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Microwave Heat one pouch at a time. Pierce the pouch 3 to 4 times. From Defrost only: 1900W Microwave: Microwave on full power for 4 mins. Oven: From Defrost only: Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on a tray and cover with aluminium foil. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 4-6 minutes. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Adjust times to suit your appliance. Check product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
